Australian apartments for houses in 2021

It’s no secret that the Australian real estate market is booming this year. Over the past 12 months, house prices (houses and units) have risen 22%, pushing the median Australian home price up by an additional $ 126,700.

“House prices combine both houses and units, and while units certainly haven’t underperformed, they have been overshadowed by the skyrocketing house prices,” said Niko Iliakis, editor. head of Mozo Money.

A new study from real estate research firm CoreLogic has found that the median house price in the capital is now 37.9% higher than the median unit price in the capital.
