Wang Yi said President Xi Jinping and Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani held a fruitful meeting during the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics and reached important consensus, leading China-Qatari relations to make constantly new progress. The two sides should continue to support each other in safeguarding core interests and enhance the synergy between the Belt and Road Initiative and the Qatar National Vision 2030.
